Calculating elapsed time using business hours only??

I am trying to calculate how many business hours and minutes have elasped between two date/time fields. My business hours are Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM. I only want to calculate the elapsed time during the business hours. Example.. if "start" time is 4:00PM and "end" time is 10:00AM the next day, I want my elapsed time to be 3 hours. Does anyone have any ideas on how to create a forumla to calculate this?
