Hi all,

I have a report which details orders and which also summarises the value of all the orders on the report. The orders we take are assigned different types (FOC, New, Repeat, Credit, Contra) and I want to display a text box at the bottom which displays sum([Value])for all of the orders with type Contra, FOC or Credit and then another which displays sum([Value]) for all of the orders on the report less the orders covered by above.

I have already tried adding a header for each order type, but unfortunately I need the orders to be ordered in a specific way and this interferes. Any ideas? I run A2k on Win2k. Robbo ;-)

Do the seperate calculations in another query and reference the fields in that query seperatly. Or, for the faint of (Your favorite organ here), just DSUM. MichaelRed
