Calculating a yes no checkbox

Greetings,
Let me start off by saying I am in no way a programmer and have limited to no programming skills.
Here is what I am trying to do.
I am creating a scorecard for some customer service reps.
I have a list of questions in an excel sheet (I will link this to a sharepoint site later).
There are only Yes/No/Na responses to these questions.
What I need this to do is if the manager selects yes the sheet/formula/whatever assigns that yes a value of some form, and if they assign NO it subtracts some value.
If they pick N/A it doesnt factor that into the total. Then I need this list to add up and calculate that total to get an overall score. Im probably making it sound more complex than it is but its the best way I can describe it.
Any help would be appreciated

What you can do is use 3 Option Buttons: Yes,No,NA linked to one cell. Tha cell give your the result for that question.
