Calculating 13 months rolling

Hi

I have a report which returns cost/ sell price/ margin based on a field 'sales_invoice_date' with a selection formula of = Year to Date.

I report in both columnar text and graphical form.

What is the formula I need to report on 13 months rolling where the outputted format will be:

Current Month -13, Current Month -12,.........Current Month
Data Data .........Data

I know this is a fairly common requirement but I've completely forgotten how to do it.....

Columnar meaning a crosstab? If a crosstab works, you can set the grouping to For Each Month on date fields, for either crosstabs or standard grouping.

Anyway, it sounds like you want to group by the date and set it to For Each Month.

To limit the data returned to the past 13 months, try a record selection crieria like:

{sales_invoice_date} >= dateadd("m",-13,currentdate)
