calculated value not calculating

I have two fields which I want calculations to be performed on and entered into tow separate fields one for each calculation.

The first calculation contained in a field set to a calculated value of field1/field2.

The second calculation contained in a field set to a calculated value of field 1 - field2

What am I doing wrong? this seems so simple but it's not working!

OK just ignore this whole thread, I feel really dumb for asking now but at least I solved my own problem. :~/
