CALCULATED FIELDS IN AN UPDATE QUERY

I have a table with 4 fields which get updated via an update query. All of the updates are accomplished through expressions releying on the previous calculated field value. I have to run the update query 4 times in order to fully populate these fields. Any suggestions on how to get all of the fields updated in one pass.
