I'm using Ken Hanady's formula to calculate business hours and it gives me the correct results if a ticket has been opened and closed during business hours of 8:00 - 16:00. I've got tickets that are opened and closed outside of these hours and get a negative number. His business hours formula states: "You will get unpredicatble results if you have records that start and end 'after hours'. These records need to be adjusted in a separate formula before they are run through this formula." What's the formula to adjust these records? I'm using Crystal 8.
