We are using CR release 7... I am having trouble putting together a formula that will pull all problem tickets in the past 24 hours. I started using the {date/time.string} designated for time opened and can get everything in a previous day by using:
{date/time.string} in [CurrentDateTime to (currentdate - 1)].
I ideally only wwant to see anything opened from 15:45 yesterday to 15;45 today...
Any and all help appreciated!
