calculate percentage for data field

I am trying to calculate the following:
We have a total number of submitted proposals for the past 3 fiscal years. I need to calculate the percentage of Accepted and Accepted with no $(together not seperatly) broken by fiscal year. The fiscal year breakdown is complete. I need each year percentage and a total percentage. I am using Crystal for Raiser's Edge 7 (BlackBaud). Can anyone give me some ideas?

We'll probably need a better explanation of the problem, inclusive of example data and expected output to assist you.

A Running Total might be a simple way to accomplish this, you can use a formula to decide what will be used in the total.
