Calculate fractional days

Hi, I'm writing a report to calculate the turnaround time for my lab. I found the formula to compute "working days" of Mr. Ken Hamady just exactly what I need. Thanks very much to that. Now I want to calculate the time also (8 hours/day), which expects to return a fractional time, e.g. days in lab = 34.25 days.
Any ideas, and help are greatly appreciated.
