calculate field

Hello there

I have a problem with a program, what i am trying to do is have a form that calculates employee performance. There are two fields, one is Name and the other is items sold. What i would like it to do is to store the best employee performance in the summary. Including the name of the employee and the items sold.

you can have hidden fields in forms. so as to pass info along with the form contents. is this what you mean? ===============
