calculate average from which I can chart

I am trying to create a formula to calculate an average from which I can graph from base on 2 time fields on change of urgency. I cannot use the built in summary options because there was a need to eliminate duplicate data at the report level.

example

[/]inc[/] [/]tsk[/] [/]daystoclose[/] [/]duplicate[/] dupecount
555 111 74 nodupe 1
666 222 0 dupe 0
666 333 0 dupe 0
666 444 7 nodupe 1


If I use the built in average in the chart expert it averages the group as 20 when it should be 40.5
I need to calculate the average as the sum(daystoclose,urgency)/sum(dupecount,urgency). The app will not allow me to perform summary operations on the days to close formula column.

Please Help!! Any Suggestions

nevermind, I figured it out. What a long way critical thinking goes.

I figured I just needed to use a weighted average. This gives me exactly what I need.
