Calculate a sum based on the 1st 15 business days of a month 1

I need to create a formula that will summarize the sales information for only the 1st 15 business days of the month.

Do a running total, which accumulated values for days up to the 15th business day, using the evaluation formula.

Finding which day is the business day is more tricky. You'd need to calculate this for the whole report, for that month. You could exclude weekends using DatePart("w", {your.date}), which returns 7 for a Saturday and 1 for a Sunday. But if you want to include public holidays, you'd need a table of working days.
