Is there any way to restrict or limit recurring meetings in Exchange 5.5? People are putting in recurring requests for 3 years and they leave the company and it comtinues tp throw .
Also, I would like to be able to run a report on the conference rooms(I have a mailbox set up for each) to see what is scheduled.
Any help would be great.
