CAL not working on ULTRA 64

I recently bought a used (older) Micros/CBORD Ultra 64
Running NT4 SP6 and I installed CAL32 on it but it failes to installed the Win32Res on it. The Res Server is 4.7. Any ideas??

Of course it wont work. NT4 SP6 platforms use Netsetup. RES4 does not run on Win2k or NT4

How can I get the Ultra 64 to work with Res 4 then? Can I upgrade the OS to something higher than NT4?
