I have setup the following call flow system - I want the user to be transferred to the operator extension if they don't pick any menu option however this isn't working?

I thought the timeout trigger would do this when they cycle back around at the end of the menu would do it but the recording just plays again.

no that means you are in a menu loop
How would the system know who your operator is.

You take the timeout and connect it to a transfer option to your operator.
You can repeat the greeting as many times as you like and then send the call to the operator or straight away by enabling the number of retries to how many times you want to play the greeting after the initial time.

I thought that is what my timeout option is doing though as it is set to transfer to my Operator option which is just to call the extension I want if no menu option is selected?

The lines cross and I can't see if the timeout loops around or goes to the Operator transfer, so if your timeout is connected to the Operator transfer then it should work.
Make sure your retries are set to either 0 or whichever number you want as that will delay the timeout transfer by that number and replay the greeting

Sorry but you need to fake your screenshot to show the actual connections. And an screenshot of the actual settings inside the Menu action would help.

Which version of voicemail is it? It hasn't needed a manually added retry loop for a long time.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

It helps if lines are not crossed too.
I sometimes spend a lot of time to make it appear on first glance where the lines are going.
Similar to this one, even though this is a simple setup
