Hello Group,
I have a Cajun P550R.
2 servers connected to the P550 using M5520-100TX ethernet blades.
Both ports where the servers are connected are set to the same VLAN.
I am trying to get one server to do a PXE boot.
Theo ther server has tftpd32 running to supply the IP and boot image.
With the tftpd32 server running and waiting for clients, I start the second server so it can do a PXE boot.
But, it times out and never receives an IP.
The tftpd32 server never shows any requests getting to it.
If I take the same port where the PXE client server is connected, and connect it to a basic unmanaged 5 port switch, and then connect the server to that switch, it works.
What could be the problem ?
How can I get this to work without having to put the low end switch between the PXE client server and the P550 ?
Thanks in advance.
