Caching mode failing to connect but online mode works?

Dear all,

I wonder if any of you have seen this before. We are running Groupwise 6 with NetWare 5.1. A user is on our LAN and working in caching mode, but it is failing to connect to the GroupWise server. Once he switches to online mode, it connects fine. I did a structural rebuild to no avail. Any ideas? Should I delete caching folder and set it up again?
