When i try to place an Order via my webservice whicg is using Commerce Server, I see that following error message in Event Viewer. Please let me me know what is the cause for this and how to increase the memory

The CacheManager encountered an error during a refresh of the cache: 'Commerce.PaymentMethodCache: Insufficient memory to continue the execution of the program.'
