Cache second mailbox Outlook 2003

Hi
I have a situation where users have more than one mailbox, this is due to a requirement that they send/rec emails from different domain addresses depending on the company name. So one user will have both user@company1.com and user@company2.com.

My problem is that the first mailbox is cached for offline mode, but there isn't an option to cache the second mailbox.
does anyone know if this is possible? Or any software they can recommend that will enable this?
