Just had a look at the SI\cache folder on the APS and it is over 0.5 Gb in total.
What does this do?
Do I need it?
Can I delete contents within it safely?
Also - wierd one this:
A copy of the cache directory has appeared on one of our network drives - how, I don't know. Ideas??

Hi Snowdude

The cache folder holds the formatted pages for the page on demand method of viewing. You can limit its size through the info administrator. You can delete its contents - but that means if those instances are required to be viewed the appropriate cache pages would need to be regenerated.

dunno about the mirror of the folder on another server! Nothing in SI wold do that.
