Is it possible to use CAC logon for a non domain controller?

CAC is for DoD contractors and would be controlled by the systems admins for those networks.

I'm Certifiable, not cert-ified.
It just means my answers are from experience, not a book.

what's a non domain controller? If you mean a DC that's not part of a DoD domain then no as the CAC authenticates via a AAA server that is part of that domain. If you are talking about a seperate domain it may be possible to setup a trust but get ready for miles of red tape and probably a no at the end of the day.

When I was born I was so suprised I didn't talk for 18 months
