I am costing out a job i will be pulling lowvoltage cable cat 5e cat 6etc terminating jacks and in stalling patchpanel and terminating cable and labling what is the top rate, mid rate, and low rate I am experienced chicago Illinois.

If you were experienced you already know what the proper rates are

Pricing was one of my biggest struggles getting started. What I have found is you can charge whatever people will pay. Check your competion, ask people.
You will find the low end is minimum wage plus material (no mark up on wire). Top rate around here would be $90/hr.
Too many variables to give an acurate price.
One last thing, if you have never worked for yourself, you are only experience in 50% of the job.
