Cable types?

Hi

I wondered if anyone could tell me what the best type of network cable to run through a heating or air con duct running through the building?

Thought it might be fibre-optic but not sure?

Probably will get a better range of answers in the cabling forum.

You'll be requiring plenum rated cable since it is in the air handling system.
