cable floorpan design software

I am looking for software to do floorplans for cabling--I was using visio but it seemed to me there must be something easier--I d/l'ed smartdraw and it has all the elements needed but seems pricey and more than I need.

Before I invest 200.00 for it--is there anything that I can evaluate that might be more tailored towards voice and data and not too costly?

Thanks--but that is smartdraw..... I am looking for something less in price and less in complexity
