CAB-PFL alarm

We have just installed 2 new G650 and have a CAB-PFL.
When I do a test environment it is displaying 01 CAB-PFL 1533 FAIL all other tests PASS

Does anyone know if this associated with the fans in the actual chassis or is the issue pointing towards the power modules?

Begining on page 2003 is the test results. From there it tells you to run diagnostics on the individual components.
