Can anyone help? I have been sold 10 boxes of cat5e cable, but the box which it came in says cat5e CCA is this still cat5e cable?

No personal experience, but from what I read it is a Copper Clad Aluminum cable, which is fully capable of supporting Cat5e rates and distances (high frequency signals only travel on the skin of the wire, which is still copper). The possible downside that I have seen complaints about is that Power over Etherent systems may suffer reduced distances because of a more significant DC power drop.

So I don't believe that you would have any reason to return them, unless you bought them specifically to use with a PoE system.
