ca pro make sound on inside call

When receiving a call at communication assistant pro in windows 10, there is a sound from the speakers on the computer when you receive the ringtone, is there a way to cancel? I did not find such an option in the software.

Disable sounds in " Go To/Option/Sounds/Intercom

the windows 10 make the sound on the popup of income call

That is window sound for notifications. You can turn that off in windows sound settings

i found how to cancel the notification in the win10 for that but its cancel the popup for the call also.
