When attempting to install the ArcServe 2000 Client I'm receiving the following error message:
Windows Installer
Incorrect Command Line Parameters
Windows Installer V2.00.2600.0

When I try to install using NTagent.msi I get the message:
Failed to install ca_lic

The client agent was on this server before, but, it was uninstalled then when we tried to reinstall we get the above message.
