CA Call Account for TDE600

Hello,

I found the Panasonic CA Call Account software and installed it on a Windows 7 machine. I configured it to connect and record calls via IP on 6 of our PBXs (mine and 5 remote sites). It works beautifully on 5 PBXs, but won't record any data on one particular PBX. I have all the settings in the SMDR and SMDR OPTIONS exactly the same. The CA Call Account software connects, but doesn't record anything. Can anyone give me any ideas on what I can check or change to enable logging?

Yes, I double-checked. I also made sure the time setting were the same (some of the switches were a couple minutes off from one another).
