CA Arcserve 6.61 Disaster Recovery Problem

I'm having a problem doing a DR on an NT SP5 box.

The DR process is OK on the new box until it tries writing the data from the tape to the new disks, when it reponds with the following message:

DR Application Access Exception

Access_Exception_Violation (attempt to read)

I can find nothing on the CA knowledgebase concerning this.
Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

You've used the words new box. Do I infer correctly that you are using DR to copy data/installs from one machine to another? If this is the case, I think you're out of luck. Even if you use the same name for the "new box" that the "old box" used, if the hardware is different, DR will not work correctly.

Give me some more info and I'll see what I can find out. Monkeylizard
