CA ARCSERVE 12 SQL MIGRATION

Hi
I'm trying to move SQL Express 2005 SP2 arcserve db to a brand new SQL Server 2005 Std SP2 instance located on same server.

when i launch the configuration manager, it only see the express instance (currently used) and not the new instance for migrating to.
Both instance runs with local network service account, have the same level of fixes.

Why ? and how to fix this issue !!
