CA-24 Power Supply 2

I got a CA-24 from UsedPhones.Com, I do not recomend them, poor customer service. They left out the power supply.

Anyone know were I can find one along with the PS cord?

have you tried ebay ?

have you tried the vendors that where recommended to you in the other thread's ?

its the kinda thing you just need to work the phones untill you happen to find somebody who has a spare .

probably be hard to find just the power supply probably have to buy the whole unit .

I am assuming used phones is refusing to do anything for you , how did you pay them ?

if it was credit card contact the creidt card company and see about a chargeback for defective unit

(always pay by CC and use one with protection)

This tech called Bob last week said NO you don;t need a PS. then I called him bak today told him I spoke with a Partner expert, you guys on Tek-Tips, and he asked me to hold and simply dumped me back to the operator to be transferred to the RMA department. No I'm sorry or what can we do to correc this.

Bad service. They did say I could return it for a full refund.
