I recently installed a 6x16 system and now I'm trying to adding a C6 call ID module. I only have two lines coming into the system and 4 handsets (M7310s). I made the following connects to the C6: Line 1 Pair (Blue/White & Blue) "T"s into the incoming CO Line 1, Line 2 Pair (Orange/White & Orange) "T"s into the incoming CO Line 2. I then connected a single pair of wires into the 2 screw terminals on the C6 and landed the other end of that pair to one of the unused station lines going to the 6x16. Can anyone tell me if that is correct? Also, do I need to turn on a feature on the handsets? Any help would be apprecited.

Your wiring appears correct. What software release is your KSU you will need DR5. You will need to allow 2 rings before answering for the CLID data to get through. You may have the info showing at only one telephone automatically. Every other set must use F811 to see the info. To set up the CLID set, do the following:
F**23646
PWD: 23646
next 9x till Call Services
show
Auto Call Info
show
then Change to the set where you want the auto info displayed. Once selection is made:
next
Rls

This should do it for you.

Cheers
PhM
