We've got a Xerox C410 Docucolour laser printer. We had an error msg appear asking to replace black toner, once replaced it asked for cyan toner, once replaced it then said that the 3 colours (cyan, magenta and yellow) as well as black needed to be replaced. Even with all new toner cartridges in it it's asking for new toner's for all colours and black. We had the drum replaced recently so that shouldn't be the problem. Does anyone have any idea what's going on??? Any and all help would be appreciated!
