C4027/70 dect handsets.

Hi.
Some customers reports handsets turning them selves off. several times a day.

Calls cut off using Nortel recomended bluetouth headset on 4070 handsets.

Anyone with the same experience?
 
Yes my custumers are complaining the same, but a still haven't a solution for that.
 
Hi. I have opened a case against Nortel tech support.
I have at least 8-10 customers complaining now. both 4027 and 4070.
recieved new fw. But still waiting for a way to load the new fw, A description is found in the sip-dect dics.
but with use of DAP manager and DAP. All my complaining customers are traditional dect with DMC4 and DMC8.
tech support is ivestigating if its possible to upgrade
with dect web manager.
(I have never got tis to work).
 
Nortel techsuport have now finished the investigation, and it is not possible to upgrade without the Zip dect applications DAP manager and DAP. Not possible through TM manager. a RMA req is raised to replase all this handsets with new sets with a new fw rls.
