I have Cisco C2611 with VWIC-2MFT-G703 and AIM-VOICE-30.
IOS c2600-advipservicesk9-mz.124-5a.

I try to connect C2611 to EWSD via 2 E1-PRI lines.
So I connect E1 0/0 to port A of EWSD, and E1 0/1 to port B of EWSD.

Cofiguration:
!
controller E1 0/0
pri-group timeslots 1-16
!
controller E1 0/1
pri-group timeslots 16-31
!
.......
!
interface Serial0/0:15
no ip address
encapsulation hdlc
isdn switch-type primary-net5
isdn not-end-to-end 64
isdn incoming-voice voice
isdn send-alerting
isdn sending-complete
no cdp enable
!
interface Serial0/1:15
no ip address
encapsulation hdlc
isdn switch-type primary-net5
isdn not-end-to-end 64
isdn incoming-voice voice
isdn send-alerting
isdn sending-complete
no cdp enable
!
.......
!
voice-port 0/0:15
!
voice-port 0/1:15
!

Of cource port A have only 1-15 voice timeslots, port B only 16-30 voice timeslots.

At first I see Error in logs like this:
"ISDN Se0/0:15 Q931: Ux_DLRelInd: DL_REL_IND received from L2"
or
"ISDN Se0/1:15 Q931: Ux_DLRelInd: DL_REL_IND received from L2"
If pri-group was created at E1 0/0 and then at E1 0/1 then error appears at Se0/0:15
If pri-group was created at E1 0/1 and then at E1 0/0 then error appears at Se0/1:15
So error appears at first created Serial. Second Serial have no errors.

At second pri at EWSD port that is connected to port E1 0/0 is allways in down at station side,
but at cisco side it is up. Port connected to E1 0/1 is up from both sides and works correctly.
So if A connected to 0/0 and B connected to 0/1: A is down, B is up, 0/0:15 and 0/1:15 are up,
if A connected to 0/1 and B connected to 0/0: B is down, A is up, 0/0:15 and 0/1:15 are up.

At third if we have errors from "At First" at 0/0:15 - calls to 0/1 comes successfully.
But if we have errors at 0/1:15 than in logs I can see:
ISDN Se0/0:15 Q931: RX <- SETUP pd = 8 callref = 0x001D
Sending Complete
Bearer Capability i = 0x9090A3
Standard = CCITT
Transfer Capability = 3.1kHz Audio
Transfer Mode = Circuit
Transfer Rate = 64 kbit/s
Channel ID i = 0xA98392
Exclusive, Channel 18
Progress Ind i = 0x8083 - Origination address is non-ISDN
Called Party Number i = 0x81, '8'
Plan:ISDN, Type:Unknown
%ISDN-6-CHAN_UNAVAILABLE: Interface Se0/0:15 Requested Channel 18 is not available
ISDN Se0/0:15 **ERROR**: CCPMSG_InCall: Channel_ID IE invalid 44 (0x2C)
ISDN Se0/0:15 **ERROR**: CCPMSG_InCall: rejecting call
ISDN Se0/0:15 Q931: TX -> RELEASE_COMP pd = 8 callref = 0x801D
Cause i = 0x80AC181F - Requested circuit/channel not available
So Cisco tries to accept call (comming via 0/1) with Serial 0/0:15, but to timeslot 18.
And call cannot be accepted because of E1 0/0 don't use timeslot 18.

What should we do???

Best regards,
Volna

Why are you only using 16 channels per PRI?

That owuld seem to be at least part of your problems. If you are paying for two E1/PRI's why not use all 60 channels?

Good Luck.
