Hi. I have two users experiencing the same problem in GroupWise 5.5.4. Sometimes, they receive a c057 error. The user is able to click OK and continue working in GroupWise as usual. However, there is another symptom, both users' Frequent Contacts are completely empty and they do not add names when new messages are sent. I have uninstalled GroupWise and Windows Messaging then reinstalled both and I have run maintenance on both accounts but it hasn't helped. Any suggestions? Thanks.
