C04F error opening messages

We're running GW 5.5 sp5 and recently installed WIN XP on all of our workstations. I have one user getting a C04F error when reading her messages. Tried the mailbox maintenance through NWAdmin and GWCheck with the same results. We also just did a "Top Down Rebulid" which didn't help this user.

Any ideas?

Did you use the latest GWCheck?
