During the testing phase of install the 4th exe of an existing piece of software on Win 2000. The installation failed with the above error listed. It does not happen when I log on as Administrator in the English version of Win 2000, but does happen with the french version. The software has been compiled in VB6.0 Any hints would be appreciated I thank-you in advance
