The computer will be running fine the a message will pop up and the computer will shut down at the end of the 1 minute countdown. The message doesn't always appear at the same time sometimes taking 2 minutes or 20 minutes into use but it will always happen sooner or later. The full message reads like this.

NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
c:\winnt\system32\services.exe terminated unexpectedly with status code 128. System will now shutdown.

Any idea what this is or how it can be fixed? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
