Unable to find anything on this entry in the StartUp
for WindowsXP Pro (or any version of Windows for that
matter).

Anyone have a clue to what it is?

Also related to it is the startup list entry:

xkcyotstfk

I have disabled it for now until I get some information
on it.

The System32 folder is a prime target for introduced malware, much of which may be represented by a self-generated random file or exe name.
