C:\WINDOWS\system32 folder appears at logon 1

Every time I log into my XP Pro account on my desktop computer a C:\WINDOWS\system32 folder pops open. The same thing happens to others accounts on the same computer. Anyone have any ideas what might be causing this to happen?
 
or run msconfig and find the program which cannot start properly.
