C++ opening menu sample

I am working on a project for a class in which I am using a DOS console in C++. I need some sample code of how an opening menu of an application might appear if there were three or more options to select from. Is there anyone who has anything like this that they can share?

Example - a business application in which a pet grooming shop would use with a menu:

1. Enter a new pet
2. Enter a new customer
3. Make an appointment for a grooming session
4. Print a Bill
5. Quit
