Is there a filter available to deal with volume issues on the an ACS Processor.

What is the issue?, low volume, too loud, noisy?

They are complaining about too loud or garbled talk when talking to someone.I personally believe it is either someone calling in on a cell phone or a problem with the c.o. itself. The people upstairs who pay me think otherwise and want me to produce a filter out of my youknowwhat to fix this. This location is 3 states away and I was never there so this is 3rd party info.

they dont happen to have amplified handsets do they ?

I got a call the other day fom a customer whe said they couldnt use the confrence room phone becouse all they got was a "load roar" when they picked it up . they had a out of town supervisor who was going to be working there and it had to be fixed immediatly.

I walk in and someone had replaced the handset with a amplified one and the volume was cranked up all the way.

it really was a roar. turned the finger wheel down and problem solved :)

probably not your problem but it made me think of it

Have they tried using the volume controls on the sets themselves, they can get pretty load if they are turned all the way up.
