Hi All, we are on CM 1.3 and recently set up one (1) 4620 phone. We have 4 C-LAN boards, used for Intuity Audix, CMS, and administration via ASA.
In the documentation, Avaya says that prior to CM 2.0, there is a round-robin algorithm which can result in a skewed distribution of endpoints among available C-LANs.
To make a long-story short, it seems that after the 4620 registers, about 10 minutes later, the CMS link will go down--the 4620 is using the CMS C-LAN as its CallSv, even though the IP address configured is another C-LAN board. Can anyone tell from my description what the problem is? Thanks!
