C-LAN circuit pack wiring 1

Does anybody know what the pinouts are for the C-LAN amphenols or know where I can look to get a digram that explains this?
We're wiring up a new si and unfortunatly, the C-LAN adaptor didn't come with the circuit pack.

The layout of the 259A adapter is :

color name amp RJ45
White/Orange TD+ 27 1
Orange/White TD- 2 2
White/Green RD+ 28 3
Green White RD- 3 6
