Does anyone know a good C IDE??? I need to start developing in C this weekend for the first time b/c I have a project due Monday. If anyone could point me to a good IDE and where to d/l it then that would be appreciated.

Anyway

Put a google search for the following

TruboC for Dos
Watcom C/C++ for Windows
gcc for Unix (this is not an ide, its a compiler)

I think, you will get all of them free from the net ( may be the old versions).

For Turbo C it has its own IDE

For others U can use Textpad (downloadable from the net) from

http://www.textpad.com

. This is normally used with JAVA, but can be configured to be used with any other language.

OR use Code Warrior from
