C compiler for Windows 7 2

Hi,
I have problem of using Borland Turbo c in windows 7 plz suggest me any c compiler for windows 7.
 
I think this'll handle whatever you need, and I'd imagine it'll run on Win7. It's 100% portable, too. I've not used it much, but have looked at a little:

'Course, melmitts's suggestion also looks good. I'll have to take a look at it sometime. Best I can tell so far, is that the main thing that might make CodeBlocks better - at least for some circumstances - is it being portable - you can just load it and run it from a USB drive if you want/need to.
