c-Class Blades

I'm looking at the BL460 or BL480 HP blades but the problem I have is that I need a minimum of 6 NICs. The mezzanine card options are a little confusing so I need some help. I'll have 2 Cisco 3020 switches installed so I need to know can I acheive 6 NICs with either of the two blades above using a single 4-port mezzanine card? From some mapping charts it looked like there may be restrictions on how many ports are available without going with 4 total switches.

Thoughts?

Cisco 3020 Concentrator, perhaps? Not switch?

Nope, 3020 switches. These are Blade specific Catalyst switches for HP.
